Nancy Deville was an early pioneer of the real food movement. She has co-authored and authored several books on optimal health, weight loss, and anti-aging, including Tame Your Brain to Quit Addictions, a nutritional plan to foster brain health and reduce cravings. Nancy has a 19 year yoga practice, including Hatha, Ashtanga, Baron Baptiste, Iyengar, Vinyasa Flow, and Bikrim. She began Mindful Meditation in 2008 under the guidance of Dr. Chris Germer, co-founder of The Institute for Meditation and Psychotherapy. She is the founder and director of Yoga for Incarcerated Women whose purpose is to share yoga and meditation with women serving prison and jail sentences.
